- Holding: Let the vapour linger in your mouth for 2-3 seconds.
- Exhale: Form your mouth into an “O” shape and exhale slowly. (Use your tongue to help release the vapour.)
- Inhale Again: Open your mouth and inhale. (The mouth shape and speed may vary from person to person.)
